Best Party Venues In London

If there’s one thing that Londoners do well, it’s party! From quirky and innovative locations to some of the oldest and most impressive venues in Europe, the capital really is a city that has it all. So if you’re planning to throw a party in London, you’ll be spoilt for choice! To help you decide where to hold your event, we’ve picked four of our favourite party venues in the city.

Eight Moorgate

Eight Moorgate is a private members club just minutes from Liverpool Street and Finsbury Square. It’s a rooftop venue, so you can expect some really incredible views of the city. The restaurant, with its floor to ceiling windows, allows diners to sample some delicious food while looking out over London; while the wrap-around terraces are a great spot for a bit of al fresco partying. It’s impressive at any time of the day, but comes really comes alive at night thanks to the view – making for a sophisticated yet relaxed venue.

The Aviary Bar

If you want a quirky setting for your party, then why not go for The Aviary Bar? As you step inside you’re transported into a fairy tale setting, with its grotto inspired décor. Accommodating up to 95 guests, this is a venue that is intimate yet impressive. There’s an extensive list of cocktails on offer, as well as beers, spirits, wines and champagnes. For a venue that truly feels out of this world, you can’t get much better than this.

The Old Bank of England

If you’re after a venue with plenty of history, then The Old Bank of England should be at the top of your list. Set in the Bank’s former law courts, it’s opulently decorated with wood panelling, intricate plasterwork and plenty of paintings. Hand crafted pies are the chef’s speciality, with other British classics joining them on the menu. There’s also an impressive array of wines, whiskeys and ales to sample – making it a great place for an old-fashioned knees up!

The Tattershall Castle

Our final pick is for those who really do want to pull out all the stops. The Tattershall Castle isn’t just any run of the mill venue – it’s a boat! Moored on the Victoria Embankment, it’s the perfect place to take in a slightly different view of the city. Once you’ve found your sea legs, there are plenty of drinks and delicious food to be sampled at the bar. A wander along the terrace is a must, with the ebb and flow of the Thames mere feet away.

Event Management

Planning a party can be pretty stressful, which is where an event management company comes in. Working with you to figure out what kind of party you want to throw, they then take care of everything from the food to the theme. What this means for you is that you can just relax and enjoy your night, knowing that everything is under control. Phew!

Where will you be holding your Party?

So there you have it, some of the best locations for a party in the capital. We’ve only just scratched the surface though – there are so many more out there! Whether your event is going to be intimate or on a large scale, there’s bound to be the perfect place for you. The right event management and the right attendees alongside a great venue can only result in one thing; a night to remember! Just put all of the stress of planning an event to one side, and enjoy yourself when the big day arrives!
